*Customer Account* — If you create an account, we may collect and store: Name, Email address, Telephone number, Password (stored in encrypted form), Reservation history, Saved preferences, Favorite vessels, Communication preferences, and Loyalty or rewards information.

*Payments* — Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers. Book My Boat may collect limited payment-related information including billing name, billing address, payment method, transaction amount, and payment status.

*Identity Verification* — Where necessary, we may request government-issued identification, driver's license, passport, selfie or live identity verification, payment verification, and additional documents reasonably necessary to verify your identity.

Account Closure

Upon receiving and verifying your request, Book My Boat will deactivate or close your account within a commercially reasonable period, subject to any pending reservations, outstanding payments, disputes, legal obligations, or operational requirements.

Closing your account does not automatically delete all Personal Information associated with your account. Book My Boat may retain certain information as reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, satisfy tax and accounting obligations, complete pending transactions, prevent fraud, investigate disputes, enforce our agreements, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Please note that reviews, testimonials, photographs, or other content that you voluntarily submitted for publication may remain publicly available unless removal is requested and permitted by applicable law.

Certain information may also remain temporarily stored in backup systems, disaster recovery systems, archived records, or legal files for business continuity, security, auditing, or legal compliance purposes.
