Standard charters cap at 12 guests plus crew under Coast Guard rules. Inspected passenger vessels carry 49 or more. We size the boat to your guest list during booking.
Boats anchor about 500 to 1,000 yards off the fireworks barge. Closer angles are roped off by the Coast Guard for safety. The view from anchor is direct and unblocked.
Most charters return to dock between 12:30 and 1:30 AM. Some marinas close their gates at 2 AM so timing matters. Your captain plans the return path to avoid the post-fireworks dock traffic.

Light rain does not cancel. Storms, high winds, and Coast Guard advisories trigger a reschedule or refund per the listing policy. NYE has limited reschedule dates so we plan a rain backup at booking.
