Prices are per hour. Smaller boats start around $86/hr, and mid-size yachts (40–50 ft) run roughly $160–$310/hr. Premium and mega yachts go up from there. Rates change by boat, day and season, so the price on each listing is the one to trust.

Most charters include the boat, a licensed captain and crew, fuel for the standard route, and safety gear. Food, drinks, extras and crew gratuity are usually separate. Each listing spells out what's covered.

No surprises. Before you pay, you'll see the full cost. Things that can add to it are fuel for longer routes, dock fees, gratuity and extras like catering or decor.

It's not required, but it's appreciated when the crew does a great job. Many guests tip around 15–20% of the charter cost. Cash or card works.

Most boats have a minimum of 2–4 hours. Longer rentals often work out cheaper per hour. The minimum is shown on each listing.

Yes, and it's the easiest way to make a yacht affordable. Divide the total by your group size, plus tip and snacks, and you'll often pay less than a dinner out.

You can cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund of the vessel rental price. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, and separate captain, crew, fuel, and other third-party fees are generally non-refundable.

Safety comes first. If the captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe, we'll help you reschedule or arrange a refund of the vessel rental price. Refunds for third-party fees depend on the provider's policy. If conditions are safe, the captain may adjust the route or departure time instead.

Most private charters in Miami hold up to 12–13 guests. That's the legal limit for a standard charter, and the number on each listing is firm. Bigger groups need a larger inspected passenger vessel.
